3D Imaging (CBCT) in Endodontics
History of intermittent symptoms since initial treatment. 2D radiography did not reveal missed canal and apical infection. 3D Imaging revealed missed DB canal and associated apical lesion. Non surgical endodontic treatment was initiated. 3D imaging has changed the practice of clinical endodontics.
