Conservative access to Manage a large lesion

The lesion appeared to be involving 2 teeth. Accurate diagnosis resulted in treatment of only one, the source of the infection. Multiple visits and interim dressings to observe healing prior to treatment completion. Lesion healed with minimally destructive endodontic instrumentation.
