NON SURGICAL RETREATMENT THROUGH A CROWN
Recent crown with a post in the distal root. Lateral root lesion and buccal sinus. Retreatment initiated through the ceramic crown. Previously missed ML canal located. Post removed and interim dressing placed and access sealed to observe healing.
