Emily has been an integral part of the practice for over 12 years and is widely regarded as one of the most dependable members of our team. Originally joining as an endodontic nurse, she has grown into a leadership role through dedication, initiative, and a genuine commitment to excellence.
She has a remarkable ability to remain calm and efficient during demanding situations, bringing stability and reassurance to both patients and staff. Emily approaches every task with complete ownership and consistently prioritises the patient's best interests and those of the wider team.
Known for greeting everyone with a smile, she brings attention to detail and strong organisational skills to the practice, helping it run smoothly each day. She has completed multiple leadership programmes, including advanced training in the United States focused on the business and systems of endodontics. Emily also plays an important role in training new clinical staff in microscopic endodontic workflows and protocols.
Her versatility is one of her greatest strengths; she can step confidently into almost any role within the practice when needed.

Lizzie
Orthodontic Practice Manager & Endodontic Front Office Manager
Lizzie brings extensive experience, professionalism, and energy to the practice. Before returning home to Tauranga, she spent more than 20 years managing dental practices in Australia, developing exceptional organisational and patient communication skills.
Patients often remember Lizzie as the welcoming first smile they encounter when entering the practice. Her ability to multitask efficiently while maintaining warmth and professionalism makes her an invaluable team member.
She is highly proactive and has a natural ability to anticipate the needs of both patients and staff before they arise. Known for reliability, punctuality, and exceptional hard work, Lizzie helps maintain the smooth flow of both our orthodontic and endodontic services.
Despite her extensive experience, she continues to challenge herself professionally. Since joining our team five years ago, she has developed a strong interest in microscopic endodontics, including travelling with our team to advanced courses in the United States to deepen her understanding of the specialty.

Sam
Senior Clinical & Radiology Assistant
Sam has been part of our practice journey for 18 years and is deeply respected by both patients and colleagues for her calm, down-to-earth nature and commitment to quality care.
She has a unique ability to explain complex treatment processes in simple, reassuring terms, helping patients feel informed and comfortable throughout their visits. Her patient-centred approach, kindness, and quiet professionalism have made her a trusted presence within the practice for many years.
Sam has also played an important role in the evolution of our microscopic endodontic systems. She was instrumental in introducing assistant microscope workflows at the practice in 2010 and has continued to develop her skills as modern endodontic care has advanced.
Her dedication to learning and continual improvement remains as strong today as when she first began her microscope journey many years ago.

Natacha
Surgical Assistant for Microscopic Endodontics
Natacha joined our practice this year and has already become a highly valued member of the clinical team. Originally trained as a dentist in Argentina, she has worked at specialist dental practice in Australia before making Tauranga her home.
Her background gives her a strong clinical understanding and a thoughtful approach to patient care. She is knowledgeable, adaptable, and highly motivated to continue expanding her skills in microscopic endodontics.
Natacha has an exceptional growth mindset and welcomes feedback as an important part of professional development. She thrives in challenging clinical environments and understands the discipline and focus required to improve continually.
Both patients and staff appreciate the sense of calm and safety she brings to the clinical setting. We are excited to support Natacha as she progresses toward New Zealand Dental Council registration and look forward to seeing her continue her professional journey in New Zealand.

Keiko
Orthodontic Clinical, Laboratory & Radiology Manager
Keiko has been an important part of our team for over 12 years and is widely respected for her commitment, reliability, and dedication to continual improvement. Her calm and thoughtful approach, combined with strong technical skills, makes her an invaluable member of the orthodontic team.
She has developed particular expertise in intraoral scanning, digital workflows, and 3D printing technologies, helping the practice integrate modern orthodontic systems with precision and efficiency. Keiko consistently strives for excellence and is always looking to expand her knowledge and skills as technology evolves.
Patients and colleagues appreciate her friendly, respectful, and caring nature, as well as the quiet consistency she brings to the practice every day.
Originally trained and working as a dental hygienist in Japan, Keiko later moved to the United Kingdom, where she eventually met her Kiwi husband before making Tauranga home. Outside the practice, she is also a talented artist with her own collection of paintings, a creative passion she continues to pursue alongside her clinical role.

Katrina
Orthodontic Reception & Administration
Katrina joined our orthodontic team within the past year and has quickly become known for her meticulous and methodical approach to patient care and administration.
She has a naturally calm and reassuring manner, never making patients feel rushed and always taking the time to ensure they feel heard and understood. Her attention to detail and structured approach help create a smooth and organised experience for both patients and staff.
Katrina has a particular interest in developing clear systems and standard operating procedures, reflecting her commitment to consistency and high-quality service.
Before joining our practice, she was recognised and awarded for excellence in customer service, something that continues to be evident in the trust and confidence patients place in her each day.

Orthodontic Clinical Coordinator
Sammy joined our team this year, bringing more than two decades of experience in the dental industry across the United Kingdom and New Zealand.
Her background includes working as an orthodontic auxiliary in specialist orthodontic practices, as well as experience assisting with endodontic care, giving her a broad, highly practical understanding of multidisciplinary dental workflows. She multitasks effortlessly and brings a calm, composed, and efficient presence to the clinical environment.
Sammy's depth of orthodontic knowledge is a tremendous asset to both patients and the clinical team. She is dependable, highly organised, and consistently ensures tasks are completed thoroughly and efficiently.
